GISS President and founder has been active in law enforcement since 1982. He has held sensitive and classified positions in City, State, and Federal Government agencies that have demanded trust and confidentiality. He has over 22 years of investigative experience in fraud, violent crimes, R.I.C.O. investigations, and undercover operatives. Our president has also provided Executive Protection in the private sector and holds the prestigious position of being certified to conduct background investigations for the federal government.
